About Corrina...
Being known for her 'healing hands' from an early age, Corrina decided to pursue her interest in Complementary Therapies, initially as a way to gain some time out and relaxation for herself.
After training at the world class 'Academy of Natural Health' and being hand picked for her natural talent in the Healing Arts, she went on to become an Assistant Tutor and Personal Mentor with the school developing holistic techniques that went further to reach a deeper connection with the body, mind, and spirit.
Essentially being a scientist with a more logical outlook on body and mind, Corrina has since forged forward with her own professional practice marrying therapies which, to some, seem poles apart. She strongly believes that to find true balance, whether seeking balance in a physical, mental or emotional sense, it is important to address the whole person.
Throughout her work, Corrina has discovered that how we use, hold and move our bodies affects our mental/emotional outlook and vise-versa, so employs this ethic when considering every individual treatment.
Corrina in also committed to updating, improving and learning new skills and techniques and does this through extensive reading, supervisions, courses and cross-training with other therapists. She believes in giving the best treatments tailored to the individuals needs on any particular day - and her wide range of skills and training allows her to do this - and to great effect.
