The past six months has been an interesting journey on many levels - and I have, at times, felt like a butterfly in that struggle to emerge from the cocoon. With the season of Spring well on it’s way, I welcome the suns warmth and being able to spend time outside seeing nature do it’s miraculous thing, it somehow gives me the energy and focus to clear out the cobwebs, spread my wings to see what colours have been ‘painted’ on them...

For me,this is the perfect time of year for reviewing goals, tweaking them and taking steps to achieve them... I have already completed a 28day course – which has had a great effect on me personally, helping remove some of the ‘inner blockages’ and take a look at ones conscious – subconscious interaction and how it affects our daily lives.

As many of you will know the body/mind/emotion link is an area of health and well-being which is at the very heart of the Back to Touch ethos – and how an ‘imbalance’ in any of these areas can affect our external world and the relationship both with us and others. This ethos combined with offering a wide range of therapies, which are taylor-made to your needs, makes Back to Touch truly unique. We never stop learning and growing – and in the process of continuous self-learning - feel it can only feed and enhance the therapies and treatments on offer.

As a therapist practicing a number of Complimentary Therapies, and essentially a scientist at heart - I have been known as a big of a 'hive of knowledge' in a wide range of fields.
I believe knowledge is gained to be imparted to others, and I have collected a wide range of facts, health tips and teachings over the years and so this is one way to pass these snippets on for you to pick and choose what may be of interest...
    Enjoy.
